My Project is not getting debugged ?

Some times when you try to run your project in debug mode. It don’t allow you to get into debug mode. So in order to tackle with this situation we should use a method of “Attaching to process “

For example if my project is not getting debugged when iam running it.

Say my project is running fine but iam unable to debug it even when iam placing break points in file.

The solution is we should add our project out put to visual studios process

Example if this is my project url which I want to debug

http://localhost:2322/WebSite3/Default.aspx

please note my port number is 2322 for this project so I will sue this port number to attach this project to my Visual studio so that I can debug this project

for this in visual studio menu go to Tools — > Attach to process

This will give small window then select your project using your port number of Output Url … here in this example its 2322 then click on attach …

That’s it from now onwards your project gets debugged

 Have a nice coding 🙂

Note: if you have any doubts regarding this please comment in this post
